How does the psychological component of the software work?

• It is important to have a schedule because most individuals do not have experience putting together a plan for themselves. This removes the guess work.

• Content Lessons are 10 to 15 minutes long. This is because the human attention space is on average approximately 15 minutes. This makes it easy to for individuals to fit the lessons into their busy schedule. Short lessons also increased the chances that individuals will go through the lessons multiple times.
